What makes IAM stands Tall like an LIC building?

Would you be won’t happy if apple, banana, orange, mango is coming from one tree itself great isn’t it. Yeah this is what aws IAM provides you. You can able to find which service are accessd by users and what permission they have. Everything comes under a single tree. You can take control over the users from the IAM itself you can grant/revoke permission at any time from IAM.

Assume a scenario you team might have python developer who need only access to python environment and he/she should not have access to java or .net environment.

In this scenario what I will do is as an AWS Administrator

In AWS IAM > I will be creating a Group name ‘Python Developers’ and adding group permission ‘only allows this group users to access python environment’. > Then I will be creating a User for he/she in aws IAM and I will include the users to this group. Simple right?

Yeah believe me Guys, if you learn aws or any cloud technology at some point of time you might be thinking. Yeah, I am the Superman I can control the Universe. I can give tough competition to Iron Man itself by using this cloud techs. I know my words are funny please bear with me so that you learn some cloud stuffs in funny manner without getting bored.

Words related to IAM:

Groups – A place we can attach the Users & Policy.

Users – A person who is authorized to access the aws resources.

Roles – An AWS resource which is authorized to access the services or resources.

Policies – A Set instruction or commands.

Services provided by Cloud Computing   1. Software as a service :  It is process by which the software will be provided by the cloud server's. Instead of using the software in our local machine we can directly use the cloud services directly to get our work done.   Example : Google Slides, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Zoho Writer,....etc. 2. Platform as a service : It is process by which you can directly use platform like windows , linux , Mac, ....Which ever you need to done your work.
