Money Transferred To Wrong Account From UPI App?

Money Transferred To Wrong Account From UPI App?

Have you ever sent money mistakenly to others or transferred to wrong account number from any UPI apps? And not sure how to get back that money and worried, worried, asked others how to get back the money and no luck and forgot...

No more worries, here is the steps for you to get back your hard earned money.

First thing first:
✓ If you transferred money using phone number based UPI id, then directly call to that number and see if you are able to talk to them and get back your money mistakenly sent.

If above way doesn't work for you, follow the below steps:

Step 1:
✓ From your UPI app report the issue first and get a compliant register for that transaction which is made by mistake. Eg: Google Pay, Paytm, Phone Pay, BHIM, etc inside your app itself you are having an option called report this transaction or refund redressal request or go to help section and raise ticket as sent by mistake or raise a compliant against this transaction.

✓ You will get an request or complaint submitted number. Note it down.

✓ Mainly you need to report this within 24hours.

Step 2:
✓ Goto NPCI(National Payments Corporation of India) portal and under dispute redressal section, raise an compliant on the transaction made.

✓ Under compliant -- > Transaction -- > Fill up your details and submit.

✓ Mainly you need to report this within 24hours.

Step 3:
✓ If step 1 & step 2 doesn't got you the refund amount or acknowledgement message within 24hours, use this step 3.

✓ Go to your bank and see the payment service provider officer in the branch and write a letter of your mistake you did and with its transaction details.

✓ Mainly you need to report this within 48hours.

Step 4:
✓ If step 3 doesn't Work , use this final powerful option at last.

✓ RBI(Reserve Bank of India) has a person appointed to watch and regulate things on banking for any irregularities in bank or in banking service. And the person name is "Banking Ombudsman".

✓ You can write a letter on plain paper and send it to them via postal services or write digital copy through email and send it to them about your mistake, which you did and what are the complainant you raised and stating about no action or resolutions not arrived.

✓ Your state Ombudsman contact details can be found here: https://m.rbi.org.in/Scripts/AboutUsDisplay.aspx?pg=BankingOmbudsmen.htm

✓ Mainly you need to report this within 30days of the issue/incident happened.

✓ Also don't try step 4 directly without trying step 1, 2, and 3. RBI is way more smart than you.

✓ Hope you will get back your money and best of luck.

My suggestion is don't do mistake, but if you made mistake by mistake, then try finding a way and reverse your mistake!

Managing IT Infrastructure in Company - Cloud Computing

Managing IT Infra in Company Imagine you start a company, and you have a website for that company. The website is hosted on a server which you bought for your small company. Your company is growing and growing. People are visiting your site. Soon you start encountering issues with your website since the traffic on your website is very high and the people are visiting at the same time. When many people are using the same website at the same time, the server slows down.   On the other hand, people using your website will become very less in number if the server slows down. As a result the traffic increases which ultimately increases the power. How to solve this issue? You get more servers in order to resolve this problem which is quite expensive. You have to pay for installation, maintenance and service.  Instead put your website on the server which is online which will be always available and there is no need for any physical equipment. You only have to pay...
